Mom’s Famous Mac & Cheese

- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) elbow macaroni
- 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
- 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
- ¾ tsp. salt
- 1 cup shredded white sharp cheese
- 1 cup yellow cheddar cheese
Boil and drain the elbow macaroni noodles. In a separate bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, and salt. Add the white sharp cheese and the yellow cheddar cheese. Mix well. Add to macaroni noodles in large pot and warm on stove.
