Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

- 4 Large Chicken Breasts
- ¾ cup SOUR CREAM
- 4 cups white or brown Rice
- ½ small can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- ½ small can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 ½ cups of Shredded CHEDDAR CHEESE
- ½ cup of Ranch Dressing
Bake the chicken breasts in a 2-quart casserole dish for about 20 minutes on 375. While chicken is baking make the 4 cups of rice as directed on box. Take the chicken out of the oven and let cool for a short amount of time and cut into small pieces (drain liquid off chicken). Put small pieces of chicken in the casserole dish again with the rice and remaining ingredients; SOUR CREAM, mushroom soup, chicken soup, CHEDDAR CHEESE, and ranch dressing, and mix them all together. Bake all the ingredients about 15 minutes on 375.
