Yogurt Quiche

Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell, 9 or 10 inch sized

6 strips crisp bacon, crumbled

2 tablespoons onions, chopped

6-ounce shredded SWISS CHEESE

4 eggs, slightly beaten

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 8-ounce plain YOGURT
-
3/4 cup MILK
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Dash of pepper
-
2 tablespoons PARMESAN
Directions
Place unbaked pie shell in a pie dish. Put bacon, onions and swiss cheese in bottom of the pie shell. Mix together the eggs, cornstarch, yogurt, milk, salt, nutmeg and pepper in a small bowl. Pour mixture over unbaked pie shell. Top with 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
