Sour Cream Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients

1/2 cup soft BUTTER

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

2 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup SOUR CREAM

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups fresh blueberries

1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions
Preheated oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream, ending with dry ingredients. Stir in vanilla; fold in 1 cup blueberries. Pour ½ of batter into greased 9 x13 inch pan. Spread remaining blueberries over batter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Top with remaining batter. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
