Ingredients

1 4-ounce CREAM CHEESE, softened

3 tablespoons salsa

1/2 cup Mexican style CHEESE, finely shredded

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

4 flour tortillas (6-inch)
Directions
In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, salsa, cheese and chili powder. Spread onto tortillas. Roll up tortillas tightly. Cut each crosswise into 5 slices. Makes 10 appetizers (2 per serving).
