Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

  • 9 large potatoes, peeled

  • 2 3-ounce packages CREAM CHEESE

  • 1 cup SOUR CREAM

  • 2 teaspoon onion salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 2 tablespoon BUTTER


Cook peeled potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain. Mash with a little milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until light and fluffy. Cool. Place in greased 9x13 casserole dish and dot with butter. Place in refrigerator. May be used any time within a week. When ready to serve, bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Makes 8-10 servings.
