Hot Pecan Dip

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped pecans

2 teaspoons BUTTER

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 8-ounce CREAM CHEESE

2 teaspoons MILK

1 4-ounce SOUR CREAM

1/2 garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped green pepper

1 3-ounce package dried beef, chopped fine
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a glass pie plate. On a small cookie sheet, add pecans, butter and salt. Bake for 10 minutes. Beat together cream cheese, milk, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix in onions, green pepper and dried beef. Place into pie plate. Sprinkle pecan mixture on top. Bake for 15 minutes. Serves 12.
