Grilled Turkey, Brie and Apple Butter Sandwich

  • 8 slices rye bread

  • 5 tablespoons BUTTER

  • 1/4 cup apple butter

  • 1 pound deli turkey

  • 1/2 pound BRIE CHEESE 

  • 1 bunch arugula


Coat each slice of bread with butter. Spread 1 tablespoon apple butter on bread. Layer turkey, brie and arugula. You can grill the sandwich in a frying pan on the stove top or place in a panini maker until cheese is melted. Makes 4 sandwiches.
