  • 14 slices bread
  • 2 ½ cups cubed ham
  • 1 lb. MOZZARELLA CHEESE (shredded)
  • 1 lb. CHEDDAR CHEESE (shredded)
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups MILK


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9x13” pan. Layer half of bread, ham, and CHEESE. Repeat layers. Beat eggs, add MILK, and pour over layers. Refrigerate overnight. Mix BUTTER and corn flakes and add topping just before baking. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
