  • 6 eggs
  • 6 cups MILK
  • ¾ sugar
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 10-12 cups broken bread (rolls or doughnuts)  


First, beat the eggs. Then combine the first 4 ingredients. Blend in pieces of bread. Pour the mixture into a 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. (24 servings)

A perfect after dinner dessert.
