Ingredients

  • 12 vanilla wafers
  • 2 8 oz. packages of CREAM CHEESE, soft
  • ยฝ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • Fruit (optional) ย 

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Place one vanilla wafer in a cupcake liner. Mix CREAM CHEESE, vanilla, and sugar on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs. Mix until smooth. Pour over wafers, filling ยพ full. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from pan when cool. Chill. Top with fruit.
