  • 1 cup MILK
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup YOGURT
  • 1 TBSP maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  • 2 tsp of sugar
  • Splash of vanilla
  • 1 frozen banana.   


Combined the MILK, pumpkin puree, YOGURT, maple syrup, sugar, pie spice, vanilla and banana in a blender and blend until combined.
A great start to anyone’s day with this delicious smoothie
