  • 1 bag of hash browns (27 oz.)
  • 2 TBSP onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup SOUR CREAM
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup shredded CHEDDAR CHEESE  


Combine all ingredients (hash browns, onion, cream of chicken soup, SOUR CREAM, salt, and pepper) into a bowl and spread into a 9x13 baking dish. Then top with the ½ cup of CHEDDAR CHEESE. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
