  • 1 banana – medium or large
  • ½ cup of any dry cereal
  • 1 cup of GREEK YOGURT– any flavor
  • ½ of MILK of choice  


In a bowl mix the banana up until it is mashed and smooth. Slowly add in your YOUGURT and MILK and continue that until it is blended. Add the cereal in slowly by hand to avoid crushing it. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for 8 hours or until solid.te on top of the stove and then cut into pieces.
